I am so happy to be back from maternity leave and look forward to connecting with many of you in the year ahead. Thank you for all of the positive thoughts and well wishes while I was out. I am anxious to share sweet Bennett with you all soon!
While 2020 was one of the most challenging years to date for hospitals (especially small rural hospitals), we are starting this New Year with so much gratitude. The Foundation is so thankful for the ongoing support of our entire community of donors. Generous gifts helped equip TFHS with advanced COVID-19 testing equipment and ensured that we could remain fully open and safe for all patients. Our front line healthcare workers continue to amaze us every day as they keep rising to the challenge of caring for our entire community, including collaborating with Nevada and Placer Counties to administer COVID-19 vaccines.
This year, the Foundation wants to do its part to help recognize our dedicated physician team by participating in Doctors’ Day (please read on for more information!). We know that sending a personalized Doctors’ Day Gratitude Gram will help brighten the days of our incredibly hardworking physicians. As we all know, a simple “thank you” goes a long way.
The Foundation Board and team is dedicated to continue to work towards our mission of providing and expanding healthcare services to our local community. We remain immensely grateful for the continued support of our community. We never take the trust you put in us for granted.
