Kyla Russell, PT, MPT, SCS, ATC, CSCS

Kyla (She/Her) completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at UC Davis, followed by a Master of Education at the University of Virginia in Sports Medicine, and a Master of Physical Therapy from California State University, Sacramento.

She works in the outpatient physical therapy setting with a background in orthopedics and sports injuries, including ACL rehabilitation and sports concussion treatment. Her treatment focus incorporates motor control and performance specific to the patient’s needs and goals. She has her Board-Certified Clinical Specialty in Sports and is a Certified Athletic Trainer.

Kyla spends her free time snowboarding, hiking, backpacking, cycling, and falling off her SUP.
