Our staff at Incline Village Community Hospital love getting to know their patients but here's an opportunity to get to know the staff! This quarter, we are thrilled to spotlight Jacqueline McInter, Diagnostic Imagining Coordinator. Jackie has worked in imaging for 26 years, with 18 of those at IVCH. Although she absolutely loves her job, her dream job would have been to open her own bakery.
Jacqueline recently received the Teamwork award through the Values Recognition program. Her director, Sadie Wangler, said, "Jackie's contributions go far beyond her technical skills. She embodies the spirit of teamwork, always willing to lend a helping hand and volunteer her personal time. She pays attention to detail and organizes events for the IVCH team like no other! Her commitment to fostering a collaborative environment is evident in the way she encourages teamwork through engagement and even personal baked goods! Jackie is available to staff at all hours as a resource, ready to pick up open shifts, train new staff members, and positively impacts the scheduling of patients at IVCH."
When Jackie isn't at work she loves boating, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and spending time with her grandkids, family and friends. Family is very important to her. She has a partner, Shane, two sons, two step kids, 4 granddaughters and a soon to be son in law and daughter in law. Her true babies are Mitzi Morkie Poo, a 12lb pup with pink and blue hair, and Penelope Pip Squeak, a 5lb pup with purple, pink and blue hair.
We are so lucky to have Jackie a part of our Incline Village Community Hospital family and we hope you enjoyed getting to know her more!
