During this bustling time of year, we pause to thank each of you for making the Tahoe Forest Health System Foundation what it is – a cornerstone in our community. We have felt tremendous support from our donors throughout 2022, experiencing a level of generosity that will have lasting effects.
Our quarterly Foundation eNewsletters are written with two things in mind: to share information about the important healthcare advancements we are supporting, and to thank our community members for helping us make remarkable fundraising strides. As you scroll down, you will see that the Health System is working very hard to provide patients with timely and comprehensive care. You will also read about the goals of our 2022 #GivingTuesday campaign, supporting our TFH Emergency Services Department. Lastly, we are sure you will share in our excitement as we tell you more about the final phase of our Hospital’s 3T MRI installation project, expected to go live later this month. These significant investments in the health and well-being of our patients allow us to provide the best in rural healthcare!
As we approach the end of 2022, I would like to express my personal appreciation for our TFHS clinical team and the superior care they provide. I know I will be in very good hands when I give birth to my second baby at our Joseph Family Center for Women and Newborn Care later this month! I will be returning in April of 2023, after I spend some quality time at home with my expanded family of four. Meanwhile, the Foundation team will be here to help in my absence.
