Sophia Delegard, DPT

Sophia received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of California San Francisco. She completed the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Orthopedic Manual Therapy Residency program and is a Certified Orthopedic Specialist.

Along with a passion for orthopedics, she specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy.

Sophia believes in using evidence based treatment and skilled manual therapy in order to reach patients goals to improve and maintain their lifestyle.

On her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, trail running with her dog, climbing, downhill and cross country skiing.
