Autumn Gillen, PTA, NCPT

Autumn Gillen is originally from Indiana, where she received her Associates of Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from The University of Saint Francis in 2010. She went on to pursue training in Pilates and became a National Certified Pilates Teacher in 2020. She has worked in various clinical settings as a Physical Therapist Assistant, with most of her time spent in the outpatient setting, where she has various training including Orthopedic, Pelvic Health, SFMA, and Pilates. Autumn spent 10 years as a contract PTA working all over the US, which ultimately brought her to California. She is passionate about patient care, providing a holistic approach to help patients achieve their goals and return to an active lifestyle.

Autumn has a passion for the outdoors and is excited to be living in Truckee, where she can continue to explore all the Tahoe region has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys an active lifestyle including hiking, backpacking, camping, snowshoeing, yoga, Pilates, and paddle boarding, as well as spending time with her partner and traveling.
