Karmen Swanson OTR/L, CHT

Karmen graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a Bachelors in Biology and she continued on to receive her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis.

Karmen has experience working in upper extremity rehabilitation and inpatient rehab. After several years practicing as a hand therapist in Reno, she received her Certification in Hand Therapy. Her favorite thing about hand therapy is helping individuals regain function of their hands and pursue their passions after injury.

When Karmen isn’t at work, she loves being outside dabbling in running, biking, hiking, backpacking, climbing and skiing!
